Herb Spinach Bake

<p>This is one of those casseroles you can assemble and refrigerate until you’re ready to cook it. It’s a good way to use up leftover rice or tired spinach. Serves: 2 if main course. 4 or more if side dish

Ingredients
1 Lb
fresh spinach or 10 oz. frozen
2 beaten
eggs
1/3 cup
milk
1 cup
grated cheddar cheese
1 cup
cooked rice white or brown
1/4 cup
chopped onion
2 Tablespoons
butter melted
1/2 teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
Slow Dog Thyme
Step by Step Instructions
- Cook and drain spinach, set aside. Combine the rest then add spinach. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F. uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
