Honeyed Carrots with Fresh Dill

Ingredients
1 pound
Rainbow Carrots
2 tbsp.
olive oil
2 tbsp.
honey
kosher salt and black pepper
2 tbsp.
small dill sprigs
Step by Step Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the carrots with the oil, honey, salt and pepper
- Roast, tossing once, until tender, 30 to 35 minutes
- Sprinkle with the dill and enjoy!
