tomatillos

hot peppers

sweet peppers (consider roasted peppers!)
3 ears
fresh corn, cut off the cob

onion
bunch
cilantro

limes cut into wedges
salt
Step by Step Instructions
- Chop each ingredient separately and divide into separate bowls. Spread out on a table with additional small bowls and spoons and this is your "make your own salsa bar".
- Each guest uses fills their own bowl with the ingredients they want in their salsa and stirs them together.
- A squeeze of lime is suggested to finish the salsa. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
