Garlic Parmesan Baked Halibut

Ingredients
1/4 cup
Butter (softened)
1/4 cup
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
Finely chopped green onion
4 to 6 cloves
Garlic (crushed)
1/8 teaspoon
Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper to preference
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
4 1 inch thick
Halibut fillets
Rice for serving
Asparagus for serving
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Put the fillets into a baking dish and bake for 6 minutes.
- Mix the butter, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, and Tabasco sauce together, then spread the mixture onto both sides of each fillet.
- Set the oven to broil and cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side. Serve with rice and asparagus.
