Ingredients
4 cups
zucchini
1 large
onion
4 TBSP
butter
1/2 cup
sour cream
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
paprika
2 TBSP
milk
Step by Step Instructions
- Saute zucchini, onion and butter until soft.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add this mixture to the squash and cook until it bubbles.
