Bread Machine Honey Sprouted Spelt Bread

Serves: 18 slices


Ingredients
1 1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 1/2 Tsp salt
2 TBSP oil
3 TBSP raw, local honey
3 1/2 cups Organic Sprouted Spelt Flour
1 3/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add the ingredients in the order listed and run it on your bread machine whole wheat cycle. For my Breadman Pro it is Curse #3 (whole wheat bread) which gives the ingredients a 30 minute rest period before mixing to allow the flour to absorb the liquids to soften the grain and help the ingredients mix well.
  2. Generally, whole wheat and multigrain breads are shorter and denser than white breads.
