<p>I have been obsessed with Flying C Ranch this summer! Mrs. Clark is our beef vendor that is at the market on Thursdays. I go every week and pick up my beef from her. Ingredients

Cube/Minute Steaks
2 cup
Flour
2 Tbs
Greek Seasoning (Cavenders or I use and organic version)
1 cup
Oil (I use coconut)
3
eggs
Step by Step Instructions
- Place oil in a medium skillet and on medium heat. Mix flour and seasoning together in medium bowl. Beat eggs in a separate medium bowl.
- Coat each steak in flour. Dip each steak in egg and then coat them in the flour again.
- Place the steaks in your hot skillet and fry until they are a deep brown.
